Richard is a global entrepreneur and prominent business leader. He started Virgin as a mail order record retailer in 1970 and Virgin Records went on to become the biggest independent music label in the world. He followed that with a series of entrepreneurial ventures that became Virgin Group. His regular blog on virgin.com has more than 39 million followers across five social networks.
Richard has also used his entrepreneurship to provoke positive change in the world. Virgin Unite is an independent entrepreneurial foundation of the Virgin Group and the Branson family which tackles challenging social and environmental problems and strives to make business a force for good. Richard was awarded a knighthood in 1999 for services to entrepreneurship.

Josh is Chief Executive Officer of the Virgin Group and is responsible for the Group’s strategic development, global brand licensing and management of Virgin Group’s direct investments. Joining Virgin in 2005, he has served in a number of roles including as Group’s General Counsel before becoming CEO in 2011.
Josh has extensive experience as a board director of many companies across the Virgin Group globally. His experience covers sectors ranging from aviation & travel, health & wellness, media & mobile, to financial services and renewable energy. Josh currently serves as CEO and Board Director of VG Acquisition Corp. He also serves on the board of Virgin Red, Virgin’s Group-wide loyalty program, that is in development. Prior to joining Virgin, he was a senior associate at Slaughter and May, a leading international law firm.

Evan is Chief Investment Officer of the Virgin Group and is responsible for managing the Virgin Group’s investment team and portfolio in North America. Evan currently serves as CFO and Board Director for VG Acquisition Corp. He also serves on the boards of Virgin Hotels, Virgin Voyages, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Orbit and BMR Energy. He also served on the board of Virgin America (formerly NASDAQ: VA) prior to its sale to Alaska Air Group, and on the board of AquaVenture Holdings (NYSE: WAAS).
He is a founding partner of the Virgin Green Fund, a private equity fund focused on the renewable energy and resource efficiency sectors. Evan is a seasoned private equity investor and operator having invested and participated in global private equity and M&A over the last 20 years. Prior to the Virgin Group, Evan was an investment professional at TPG Capital and served on the board of directors of a number of TPG Capital portfolio companies.
Elizabeth is an advisor and investor in growth stage technology companies, and a former public company CFO who has served on multiple corporate boards. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Macromedia (NASDAQ: MACR), a software development company, and currently serves on the board of directors of BerkeleyLights Inc (NASDAQ: BLI), Nokia Corporation (NYSE: NOK), and Upwork Inc. (NASDAQ: UPWK) in addition to several private companies.
Chris is a former Global Chief Marketing Officer of AB InBev and former president of the World Federation of Advertisers. He is an active entrepreneur, marketing and strategy advisor, adjunct faculty member (at the NYU Stern School of Business), author, chairman of various private B2C and B2B ventures, and board member of AYR Wellness, Inc. (CSE: AYR.A).
Latif is a Partner at M13 Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage consumer technology companies. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Feelmore Labs, Rho Technologies, and Emerge. Prior to M13, Latif was a Managing Director at the Virgin Group, where he was a board observer at Ring, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Orbit and Virgin Hotels and served on the boards of Virgin Mobile Latin America and The Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas. Before Virgin, Latif worked at IAC where he focused on corporate and business development.
